  1. Streamlined documentation process for 50+ third-party integrations, saving 2 hours per week. Turned hours of manual documentation into executing a Go program and a copy-paste.
  2. Enhanced DSU ceremony by developing rotation system with Google Sheets, Python, and Slack Bot, resulting in improved team collaboration and 60% faster facilitation.

  1. My day to day was to implement features to client's web-based app with Vue 2 to help them retain clients, increase revenue, and contribute to the organization's growth.
  2. Pioneered internal tool to improve Scrum processes within the team. Specifically the Daily Standup ceremony by creating a Slack bot that would post, an hour before the meeting, that day's facilitator of the meeting.
  3. Investigated and assembled a Confluence page that listed third-party integrations with key information to indicate if the client's product could support them or what was needed for it.
    • Initially used by dev team and team's product manager
    • Later, audience broaden to Sales team and Product team higher-ups
    • Though undisclosed, it can be inferred that this document is key to help the client attract partnerships and prospects by increasing the third-party integrations offering, which ultimately leads to more revenue.
  4. Semi-automated documentation process of current and new third-party integrations due to the sheer amount of new integrations per sprint and current process being manual. Improved process to just a CLI command run and copy-pasting its output file's content to a Confluence page.
  5. Operated as feature lead
    • Orchestrated with Product Owner, Eng. Manager, and Tech Lead planning and execution of feature
    • Created necessary JIra issues/user stories in order to achieve goal
    • Relayed relevant information/news/priorities to team members to all strive towards our north star
